Hello!

I’m a visual designer at my core, holding the title of Art Director (fancy!) and working comfortably in code to push past CMS limitations (looking at you, brXM). I thrive in the space where creative ambition meets real-world constraints, guiding projects from brief to go-live with a focus on clarity, craft, and execution at every stage. While my work lives firmly in digital, it’s informed by a foundation in print and brand thinking.

I live in Shelton, Washington with my wife and 18 cats, plus a rotating cast of wildlife: a family of deer we’ve named The Hoofmans, a raccoon or two, our neighbors’ chickens (The Golden Girls), and a peacock named Sammy, usually surrounded by his ladies. After more than 20 years in Seattle—and a solid résumé of concerts seen—I happily traded city life for the sticks, weekend lawn mowing, and a different kind of quiet.
